Health Check Issues and Resolutions


Issue: We’re unable to connect to NetSuite due to account credential issues.

Resolution: In NetSuite, check that your integration user has the Full Access role and the Give Access box is checked. Also check that the user or OAuth credentials haven’t been deleted.

Issue: We cannot connect to your Magento account.

Resolution: Verify the Bronto extension is correctly installed in Magento, including all of its modules. Next, verify [your Domain URL] is correct and Bronto's IP addresses are white listed in Magento. Contact Bronto support if you need more help.
