All of the new features that were released in October 2018.

The week of 10/01/2018 Bronto:
  • Support rolled out a call back feature to enhance our Live Chat experience so you can get in touch with us faster.

    Within Live Chat, you now have the ability to request an immediate call back or to schedule a future call, whichever is more convenient for you. If you would like to speak with a Support team member over the phone, just hop in Live Chat or create a case and they will be in touch at your convenience.

  • Launched auto configuration for Shopify and NetSuite to make it easier to quickly configure a Connector.
  • There is a new Contact Status Change trigger node in workflows. The Contact Status Change trigger node begins a workflow when a contact's status is changed to a specified status.
  • Added the option of sending a subscription confirmation message with the Send Email Action Node in Workflows.
  • Added the Move To Workflow Action Node in Workflows.
  • Added the Workflow Activity Filter Node in Workflows.
  • Added a new video: Use Dynamic Content in Bronto's WYSIWYG Editor.
The week of 10/08/2018 Bronto:
  • Bronto has created a Add Customer to Bronto List node to work with Shopify Flow.

The week of 10/15/2018 Bronto:

  • Added time zone sending, which lets you send messages at the same time using each contact's preferred time zone.
  • You can now page through orders in the Orders Grid. By default, the table is sorted by Order Date and contains 10 items. You can use the options at the bottom of the table to change the number of rows that are visible and move on to the next page of rows.
