Account Configuration
Personal Settings
You should update your personal
settings when you log in to the Bronto platform for the first time.
Personal settings include your:
- Contact Information
- Password
- Security Question
Note: Only administrators can access and update the information that is stored
under personal settings.
User Settings
Administrators can create additional user
accounts and set appropriate user account
permissions, such as:
- Admin Permissions
- API Permissions
- Contacts and Lists Management
- Feature-specific Permissions
Administrator Privileges
Users with administrator privileges can manage general user account
settings, such as passwords and security questions. If necessary,
administrators can also lock a user
account or delete a
user account.
Note: Administrators can also enable the expire all
passwords setting. For more information, see Platform
Configuration.
