While Bronto offers both workflows and AMRs, we recommend using workflows for your automation needs. Workflows are a combination of trigger, filter, and action nodes that are related to each other, and configured in, a workflow builder. The nodes and their settings determine what a workflow will do after it is activated. Typical use cases for workflows are automating contact management and sending activities.
