Health Check Issues and Resolutions
NetSuite
Issue: We’re unable to connect to NetSuite due to account credential issues.
Resolution: In NetSuite, verify the following:
- Your integration user, and your access token, have the Bronto Integration role assigned
- The Give Access box is checked
- The user or OAuth credentials have not been deleted

Magento
Issue: We cannot connect to your Magento account.
Resolution: Verify the Bronto extension is correctly installed in Magento, including all of its modules. Next, verify [your Domain URL] is correct and Bronto's IP addresses are white listed in Magento. Contact Bronto support if you need more help.
