SOAP APIThe Bronto API was built on the SOAP web service, so most of the interactions you have with Bronto’s API will be SOAP-based.
SOAP Settings ObjectsSettings objects are specific to modifying the Bronto platform’s account settings.
formatSettingsAll the times in the account are dependent on the time zone settings you specify for the form. For example, if you set the time zone setting to America/New_York, then all time dependent settings in the account (such as message send times) will be set according to America/New_York time.
