`value`	dateTime	Yes	The value which the operator will act on in order to filter which object(s) will be returned. Format should be `YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssTZD` for example, `2009-07-16T19:20:30-05:00`)
`operator`	filterOperator	Yes	The operator used to determine how the object is filtered.
