Bronto Connectors and Extensions

Note: Bronto automatically performs a daily health check on all of your connectors. For more information about how to view your health report, see Health Check Overview.

Script Manager

Script Manager offers a simple way to implement and configure each remote, web-based Bronto functionality. The Bronto Script Manager (BSM) bundle gives you a single script to use in your application that enables you to configure functionality in the Bronto application of your choice.

SOAP API

The Bronto API primarily uses the SOAP web service standard. The Bronto Knowledge Base provides information on SOAP objects and functions, and other important information.

For security purposes, Bronto lets you manage access to the SOAP API with SOAP API Access Tokens. During setup, you can also grant basic permissions for individual tokens.

Note: If you have developed an application that uses the Bronto API on a server, that server uses TLS when connecting to the Bronto application. For security reasons, Bronto requires that you use an approved TLS version and cipher suite.

REST API

The Bronto platform also provides use of the REST API service. The REST API is secured with the OAuth 2.0 Hallmonitor Client.
