Product Data File Formats

For product data feeds, Bronto supports files in a delimited file or XML document format. Ensure that your file uses a supported MIME type.

Important: If you use a compressed file, all contents within the file must use a supported MIME type.
Bronto supports the following MIME types:
  • application/gzip
  • application/msword
  • application/rss+xml
  • application/rtf
  • application/vnd.ms-excel
  • application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.spreadsheet
  • application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text
  • application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet
