Shopify Flow is an app that helps you automate common tasks in Shopify.

About Shopify Flow

Shopify Plus customers can use Shopify Flow to automate common tasks, like:
  • Tagging high-value customers
  • Flagging and canceling high-risk orders
  • Sending reordering requests when your inventory levels become low
  • Identifying and adding tags to products based on their title or SKU.

For example, if a customer loyalty app has built a Shopify Flow Trigger, you could create a Flow that adds a customer to a specific Bronto list if they reach a certain loyalty level. That list can then be used to trigger a Bronto workflow with a series of two or three messages congratulating the customer on their new loyalty status, offering them a coupon, or showing them some personalized product recommendations based on their browse and purchase history.
